We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Junior Buyer in the Purchasing Department.
How Junior Buyer supports our teams at Grand River Hospital:
Working under the direction of the Director, Purchasing & Materials Management, this role supports the implementation of the Grand River Hospital purchasing mandate. This role has a strong working relationship with all programs within GRH. The Junior Buyer is responsible for the overall expenditure of hospital funds and the buying functions on behalf of GRH. This role must understand and implement the Broader Public Sector Supply Chain Directives to ensure that organizational funding is not jeopardized. The Junior Buyer has responsibility for managing vendor and contractual relationships on behalf of the organization.
