Job description

MatrixHR is recruiting skilled Journeyman Insulators for an exciting opportunity in Kitimat BC. This position offers a rotationary schedule, fly in/fly out and camp provided.

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay:
$52/hour for Journeypersons (Days)
$3/ per hour night shift premium
Generous Overtime Pay: Earn 1.5x your standard rate after 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week.
Flexible Rotations: Choose between 14 days on/7 days off or 20 days on/8 days off.
Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO): Provided from major hubs.

Your Role: As a Journeyman Insulator with Matrix HR, your responsibilities will include:

Installing and maintaining insulation systems on industrial equipment, pipes, and structures.
Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications for accurate installations.
Contributing to a safe, efficient, and collaborative worksite.

What We Need From You:

Certification or Proof of Experience: Journeyperson ticket or proof of hours over 6068
Relevant Experience: Previous industrial insulation work required.
Identification: Valid government-issued ID.
Safety Certifications: CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, CSO, or BSO.
Testing: Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol (D&A) test.
