About the position

Are you passionate about high-speed imaging technology and looking for an exciting opportunity to drive global sales? Kron Technologies Inc., a leading manufacturer of cost-effective high speed cameras and accessories for academia, R&D and the film and television industry, is seeking a Partner Sales Representative.

As a Partner Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for resellers / dealers / distributors and B2B client accounts. You will identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with Kron Technologies’ global partner network. Additionally, you will educate and sell our products to B2B clients, ensuring they understand the value of our high-speed imaging solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cameras, lenses and lighting accessories / requirements, and a proven track record of success. You will be working closely with our Sales Manager, Sales Reps and Applications Engineer to complete tasks such as:

  • Lead Partner Identification and Recruitment: Identify potential partners through market research, referrals, and networking. Evaluate their suitability based on criteria such as industry alignment, target market, and capabilities.
  • Lead Partner Onboarding: Guide partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our company's products, services, and value proposition. Provide training and resources to enable partners to effectively represent our offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with partners, acting as their main point of contact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner needs, resolve issues, and ensure a positive partner experience.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell our products and services. Conduct regular training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance partner knowledge and sales skills.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor partner performance, track sales metrics, and provide regular reports to management. Identify areas for improvement and work with partners to develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Product Educating: Educate customers about high speed camera systems in addition to lighting and lens recommendations to find a tailored solution for their needs.
  • Ownership of an end to end sales process with prospects, customers and business partners.
  • Complete vendor registration requirements to close B2B sales.

Qualifications

  • Background / knowledge of cameras, lighting, and lenses OR Engineering experience.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years in channel sales or partner management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing partnerships.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with resellers and B2B partners.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for presenting solutions, engaging partners, and conveying the value of Kron Technologies' products.
  • Ability to understand partner needs and align them with our company's offerings.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills to drive partner engagement and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Self-Motivation & Organization: Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple partner accounts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems to issue quotes, invoices, process purchase orders and process orders to ship to our customers.

Perks, Compensation and Benefits

As a full time employee, you will be compensated on a salary based on experience and skills, between $60,000 - $80,000 CAD per year. You will receive full benefits that include health, dental, optical, prescription, RRSP with matching and a Health / Lifestyle Spending Account.
