Budal Construction Group is a General Contractor based out of Red Deer, Alberta. Our core mission is to provide turn-key franchise construction, plumbing, electrical, woodworking, and project management services to our valued clients in Western Canada and nationally. We are currently recruiting for Construction Project Managers.

We expect a high level of competency, above-average teamwork, and collaboration. As an evolving company, we seek individuals that adapt easily to change and are willing to work out of town or evenings, if required. Our job locations are mainly in Western Canada. Flights, transportation, accommodations, and LOA pay are provided. Although Budal's policy is to provide weekends off/at home, some weekend work may be expected to meet specific deadlines.

We are looking for a skilled, energetic Construction Project Manager to take on the responsibility of implementing construction projects and meeting company deadlines. The ideal candidate will be equipped with a background in commercial construction and have an eye for detail. They should possess strong negotiation skills, excellent critical thinking abilities, and impeccable communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to coordinate site activities.
• Facilitate the development of a project plan.
• Manage subcontractors and work collaboratively with engineers, owners, and franchisees to ensure they are delivering on their responsibilities.
• Work within budgets and control costs. Ensure the quality of work meets or exceeds required standards.
• Ensure the work is done according to the project schedule to deliver the project on time and within agreed timelines.

Additional Expectations: You will be expected to work alongside tradesmen in the role of Journeyman Carpenter. You must have all of the required tools and training along with a valid and clean class 5 driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour
