Are you a driven sales professional with a knack for building strong relationships and delivering results? On behalf of our client, we're looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join their team in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Become a product specialist, boosting sales directly and in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings to understand customer needs and deliver tailored product solutions.
  • Take ownership of expanding your territory through new customer acquisition and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Analyze buying patterns and strategize ways to become your customers' go-to supplier for all needs.
  • Deliver a seamless customer service experience, positioning yourself as an indispensable business partner.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competition while mastering an evolving product portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate and insightful reports in the CRM to track and analyze performance.
  • Serve as a business advisor to customers, helping them solve challenges and achieve better results.

Outside Sales Representative Qualifications:
  • Proactive, self-starter with the drive to work hard for success
  • Self-motivated with experience managing your own time and delivering results
  • Persuasive communication skills with a passion for meeting new people
  • 3+ years experience in Outside Sales, ideally in the building supplies industry
  • Skilled at using MS Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Currently live within 1 hour of Monctonand know the geography
  • Preference will be given to Bilingual (French/English) candidates

Employment conditions:
  • Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, daytime hours
