• Design and Manage Electrical Control Systems – Work on control systems that manage building automation, HVAC, and smart factory technology.
• Project Planning & Execution – Plan, schedule, and oversee projects, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
• Commissioning & Troubleshooting – Set up and test new systems, fix issues, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Collaboration & Reporting – Work with facility managers, engineers, and leadership to integrate new technologies and keep everyone updated.
• Team Leadership – Mentor junior engineers and promote innovation in electrical controls.

• Education & Experience – A degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of experience in building automation and control systems.
• Technical Skills – Knowledge of HVAC control systems, smart factory tech, PLC programming, and networking.
• Flexibility – Willingness to travel, work overtime, weekends, and sometimes on different shifts.
• Physical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, work at heights, and perform tasks like kneeling, climbing, and using tools.
