• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $17.62~$19.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• Work Location: 220-4501 North Rd., Burnaby BC V3N 4R7
• Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare an extensive variety of foods utilizing standardized recipes
• Maintain the food prep area and kitchen clean and sanitized
• Ensure the production of high-quality food
• Maintain accurate food inventories
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Ensure staff is thoroughly trained on each menu item
• Assist in hiring and recruitment of new staff

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience required
• Education: Completion of secondary school required
