1. Training and supervising staff.
2. Managing labour costs.
3. Overseeing all maintenance of decor and equipment.
4. Creating long lasting relationships with guests.

Position Requirements:

English Fluency Level required for position: Advanced

Job Requirements:

1. 2-3 years as Manager in the restaurant industry.
2. 5 years plus of cumulative experience in the restaurant industry.
3. Proven leadership and exceptional customer service skills.
4. An entrepreneurial spirit.
