IT Technician Level 1/Technicien TI Niveau 1

The IT Technician I is in charge of the first support line for IT requests and prepares IT assets following internal standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Level 1 support to company employees locally and remotely and distribute other IT requests.
• Install computers and their software components.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Maintain AD accounts, mailboxes, and software accounts.
• Maintain the inventory of computer equipment.
• All other related tasks.

Requirements:

Education/Experience

• DE/AEC, collegial degree in computer science or related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge and skills

• Knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail, organizational and planning skills.
• Autonomous (able to search for solutions on the internet independently).
• User/customer service oriented (ensure user satisfaction).
