The IT Technician is tasked with managing and resolving IT issues, maintaining equipment, and providing technical support to ensure a seamless and productive work environment. Main Responsibilities:

  1. You will be working within a small group of people prioritising daily tasks considering business requirements.
  2. Provide technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
  3. Delivering a high level of service to users, with prompt and polite replies to users requiring support.
  4. Video and audio and streaming hardware/software management.
  5. Basic Polarion software administration.
  6. Configuration of Web servers & APIs.
  7. Proficiency in managing the Microsoft Environment, advanced configuration and troubleshooting.
  8. Proficiency in using the Ninja platform for RMM.
  9. Management of Teams settings and troubleshooting.
  10. Advanced management of Sharepoint through SP Admin.
  11. Basic tasks such as adding users, groups, sharepoints, and distribution lists.
  12. Basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in an IT support role or relevant IT certifications.
  2. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  3. Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac Operating Systems.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to service.
  6. A desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
