An IT professional to join our team is needed! You will manage a range of projects to support and enhance the company’s network systems.

Responsibilities:

  • IT system upgrades and projects implemented under the direction of senior technicians.
  • Assembling, maintaining, and configuring hardware and software components.
  • Provide IT support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Install and maintain computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues.
  • Assist with computer networking tasks, including setting up VPN connections.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
  • Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing system to track and manage IT requests.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support or desktop support role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $20.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday.
