Job Description:

As an IT Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, selecting, and integrating IT talent within our company. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Searching for qualified IT candidates through recruitment platforms, social media, and other channels.
2. Conducting interviews to assess candidates’ skills in alignment with client needs.
3. Increasing the number of qualified candidates in the database.
4. Identifying and developing business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients and promoting our HR services.
5. Performing any other related tasks linked to the position.

Qualifications Required:

1. Degree in an appropriate field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the information technology field and a strong interest in sales.
3. Knowledge of technical roles (developers, systems engineers, etc.).
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (French an asset).
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact effectively with clients.
8. Ability to work collaboratively and support team members.
