IT Systems Automation Engineer

We're looking for someone who thrives in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, has a strong command of automation tools, and brings innovative thinking to streamline and enhance IT infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and manage automation workflows for internal and client-facing IT processes
2. Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell and/or other (C#, .NET, SQL)
3. Implement and optimize RPA tools
4. Integrate and enhance use of RMM tools like ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto, ManageEngine
5. Collaborate with service delivery and engineering teams to automate repetitive tasks and improve service delivery times
6. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose automation solutions aligned with our client-first approach

Requirements:

1. Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft InTune, Microsoft 365, and IT systems management
3. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting (required); knowledge of C#, .NET, SQL a plus
4. Hands-on experience with automation platforms
5. Familiarity with RMM platforms like ConnectWise Automate or Kaseya
6. Solid technical background across networking, server infrastructure, cloud platforms, and endpoint management
