Working hours: Tue-Sat, 11am-7pm, with flexibility for occasional after-hours work during critical projects, incidents or emergencies.

Job Description:
As the IT Support Technician, you will report to the Head of IT and play a vital role in supporting the company’s day-to-day technology operations. You will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues, assist with physical maintenance of workstations, and ensure seamless IT support for employees across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on, adaptable professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting a dynamic, growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across all Nuovo locations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Assist with workstation assembly, setup, and general physical upkeep to ensure functionality and organization.
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets, both internal and external, ensuring efficient communication and timely issue resolution.
- Support onboarding processes by helping with account setup and device configurations as needed.
- Assist with the deployment of new software and systems, ensuring smooth adoption and adherence to security standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT activities, troubleshooting efforts, and system configurations.
- Occasionally work outside standard business hours for time-sensitive projects and urgent issues.
- Conduct regular system checks and audits to ensure compliance with security protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in dynamic environments
- A solid foundation in IT best practices, particularly in macOS, iOS/iPad OS, and Windows environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing secure and supportive IT assistance.
- Full fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Workspace, JumpCloud, UniFi, Salesforce, Rippling, Zapier, Monday.com, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Familiarity with SaaS automation tools, IoT, and audio/video/photo production tools.
