The Opportunity

The IT Support Analyst, reporting to the IT Consultant, will be responsible for assisting in the management and maintenance of the organization’s technology infrastructure. This position involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network systems. Additionally, with the implementation of the Odoo ERP system, the IT Support Analyst will provide support for this critical project.

Your Impact

• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including laptops/workstations, and related network equipment
• Lead IT Asset Management efforts, establishing a new process for tracking and managing IT assets
• Create and develop reports and dashboards using Google Looker Studio
• Assist with data analysis, including cleaning and loading data into the Odoo ERP system
• Coordinate with vendors to manage the procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and software
• Support user account management and ensure proper system access controls are in place
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices
• Provide support for the ERP implementation project, including configuration and testing as needed

Your Experience, Skills & Education

• Post-secondary graduates or current students enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems program with an accredited institution
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
