About the role
We are looking for an IT Specialist, Infrastructure - Endpoint Computing for our growing organization. Currently, we manage security and endpoints for nearly 8,000 users spread across approximately 80 tenants. Our main clients are brokerage firms located across the country.

What will your days look like at Partner Solutions Inc?
You will be responsible for managing the endpoint control of PSI employees as well as those of our brokers, spread across 80 tenants. This control is an essential element of our internal IT operations that provides a secure and managed environment for Partner Solutions employees and clients.
This includes configuration management, maintenance, and monitoring of the M365 environment. You will work with many colleagues such as IT Security, IT Compliance, IT Help Desk, and Infrastructure to provide services and expertise.
What you will accomplish with us:
Endpoint and infrastructure management:
- Management of Microsoft M365 group policies, Intune;
- Management of Exchange Online services, Teams, SharePoint, etc;
- Management of laptops and mobile devices Intune;
- Management of AVD environments (Azure Virtual Desktop);
- Management of security-related functions (MFA, conditional access, etc.).
Integration management between SaaS systems or internal enterprise systems and M365:
- Support the enterprise systems team on all new integration projects that affect the M365 environment;
- Maintain documentation of integrated applications;
- Design and maintain Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager environments.
Packaging:
- Implementation of Windows patches on all user workstations in the Microsoft environment;
- Creation of packages to make available or update software, and publication in internal application stores;
- Oversee the documentation and design of our Autopilot, Intune, and Configuration Manager environments.
The desired qualifications are:
- Experience implementing and supporting Autopilot in a large enterprise environment;
- Experience with Azure, EntraID;
- Experience implementing co-management with Intune in a large enterprise environment and MSP;
- Experience writing effective PowerShell scripts to patch workstations;
- Interest in working in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge technologies;
- Comfortable working in a constantly changing technology environment;
- Experience managing devices (Windows, iOS, Android, Mac OS) with Microsoft Intune;
- Experience integrating and deploying software with Intune;
- Experience deploying and maintaining the client version of Office 365 with Intune;
- Experience with Intune configuration profiles and Microsoft Group Policy;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Experience in executing small and large technical projects and proven ability to communicate verbally and in writing with teammates;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of Nerdio (asset).
Requirements:
- Aptitude for user assistance and customer service skills, ability to manage customer expectations;
- Available to work evenings and weekends (occasional and when necessary) to update the various environments and support projects;
- Bilingual (French and English): Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country;
- No Canadian work experience required; however, must be eligible to work in Canada.
