Maplesoft Group is currently seeking an IT Security Threat Risk Assessment and Certification Accreditation Analyst for our Federal Government client.

Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Produce a full Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A):
   • Conduct a thorough security assessment of client's information systems, including cloud environments.
   • Identify and document potential security threats and risks.
   • Assess the impact and likelihood of identified risks.
   • Provide detailed recommendations for mitigating identified risks.
   • Ensure that all assessments are compliant with Government of Canada security policies and standards.
2. Produce documentation:
   • Prepare comprehensive documentation for each identified risk, including the level of effort required to address it.
   • Develop and deliver documentation necessary to support an Authority to Operate (ATO) decision.
   • Ensure all documentation is clear, detailed, and compliant with Government of Canada standards.
3. Participate in Consultations and Collaboration:
   • Work closely with client's IT and security teams to gather necessary information and insights.
   • Participate in meetings and discussions as required to support the SA&A process.
