IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities

1. Facilitate alignment between client divisional leadership, divisions, teams, functions, and stakeholders.
2. Drive alignment of cross organizations' initiatives through OKR planning, dependency management, and impediment removal.
3. Work with all the stakeholders to shape strategy and requirements and serve as a communication focal point of complex programs.
4. Plan and ensure delivery by engaging with engineering leadership and teams to build clear delivery plans.
5. Partner in cross-functional development team efforts on providing technical solutions from design through delivery.
6. Drive automation of delivery processes that span across the design, development, and operations to create transparency and a single source of truth.
7. Ensure collaboration and synchronization of efforts.
8. Manage Risks. Drive risk identification, analysis, and mitigation to address potential roadblocks, in partnership with leadership.
9. Be an agent of change by driving relentless improvement with data and science-based, Kaizen culture.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or Computer Science or a related field.
2. 5-7 plus years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Product Manager or Software Architect or similar role, driving software development projects, with an increasing amount of responsibility.
3. Extensive experience working directly with software engineering teams on highly complex initiatives involving multiple teams, in a fast-paced environment, using Agile methodologies.
4. Solid understanding of Cloud Services and Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, etc.).
5. Good technical background and aptitude, detail-driven, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with a broad audience, including executive leadership.
7. Zeal for process and operational excellence.
8. Desire to continue to learn and challenge yourself.
9. Outstanding relationship-building, and influencing skills.
10. Ability to leverage technical tools to scale programs and solutions.
