IT Project Manager

Why This Role is Open:
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to backfill a team member going on maternity leave. This is a critical role focused on managing key IT workflows and system enhancements across various business functions.

Mission:
As the IT Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the successful implementation and enhancement of IT workflows, with a focus on cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management. While experience with Pega is a plus, it is not required—what matters most is your ability to lead workflow system projects efficiently and effectively.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain detailed project plans
2. Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders
3. Track and resolve issues via issue logs
4. Coordinate development efforts with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technical teams
5. Manage multiple projects concurrently, specifically supporting Legal, User Provisioning, and Contracting departments

Must-Have Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Strong emotional intelligence (EQ), highly organized, and a proactive self-starter
3. Experience leading workflow system implementation projects
4. Familiarity with project tracking tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps (Preferred)

Nice-to-Have / Plusses:

1. Direct experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and/or Azure DevOps
2. Knowledge of ITSM systems (not required, but ability to quickly learn is essential)
3. Exposure to or understanding of Pega is a bonus
