About Our Client

Our client in the Consumer Package Goods industry is seeking a professional IT Network Analyst with a minimum of 3 years for a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the IT setup for new hires, including provisioning hardware, software, and access rights.
  2. Execute IT offboarding procedures for departing employees, ensuring the return of company assets and data security.
  3. Conduct IT orientations for new hires, delivering hands-on training and guidance on basic IT tools, systems, and best practices.
  4. Provide remote and on-site end-user IT support, addressing technical issues promptly and professionally including Retail Stores.
  5. Resolve first-line IT support tasks related to end-user support, network, software, and telecom systems.
  6. Document all tasks within service desk software (JIRA), maintaining comprehensive records of support requests and solutions.
  7. Maintain internal and end-user documentation to ensure accurate and accessible information.
  8. Provision and support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring they meet organizational standards and security requirements.
  9. Install and configure hardware peripherals, software applications, and troubleshoot system issues.
  10. Install and troubleshoot structured network cabling and server rack patch panel installations.
  11. Install and troubleshoot MyPOS stations/equipment for IRI initiatives (Warehouse sales) and new FOCs (Factory Outlet Centers).
  12. Set up and configure access to shared printers, multifunction devices, and packing line printers.
  13. Perform fixes to desktops and laptops including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware peripherals, and configuring systems and applications.
  14. Install and configure IP cameras.
  15. Provide after-hours support during scheduled on-call rotations escalating issues to the team as required.
  16. Deliver excellent customer service and support to non-technical users, ensuring their IT needs are met promptly and with professionalism.
Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of professional experience in network engineering or executing administrative tasks and security at the direction of IT lead.
  3. 3-5 years experience with subscription software, MS Exchange, MS 365, On-Premise AS 400, Active Directory and more.
  4. Hardware experience with Meraki servers, MyPOS and Global Payment Retail systems preferred.
  5. 3-5 years experience in configuring Retail store network and warehouse including cabling and electrical.
  6. Ability to plan and organize IT projects.
  7. Ability to administer, manage, and maintain Incident log including incident resolution.
  8. Great communication skills.
  9. Great self-management skills.
