The IT Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of Citron Hygiene's technology environment. This role focuses on managing the company's IT Help Desk and delivering exceptional support to ensure that all employees' IT needs are promptly addressed. The IT Manager will provide hands-on leadership to maintain a productive, efficient, and user-focused IT environment.
In addition to overseeing the IT Help Desk, the IT Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure across all business units in North America, ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency across all facets of IT.
