IT Helpdesk Technician
Job description
Morgan Hunt are working with a client in the Inverness area to recruit a helpdesk technician on a contract basis.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Logging any ICT incidents, Problems and Changes ensuring that they are progressed in accordance with defined processes.
- Supporting users through digital transformation processes and services.
- Documenting knowledge articles to support the wider department.
- 1st Line support of technologies such as AVD / VMWare / Networking / Microsoft Office.
- Escalating complex issues to ICT Systems Engineer.
- Ordering, asset managing, building and installing a broad range of ICT Hardware and Software.
- Administering Office 365, Exchange and other ICT systems as required.
- Logging support requests with 3rd party suppliers ensuring the correct details are passed to the support team, seeing updates as required.
- Issuing and setting up of Mobile Phones.
This role would be suitable for someone who has recently graduated, or is in the early stages of their IT career.
Compensation:
- £150 Per Day Umbrella
- 6-9 months contract
- 5 days on site
