This is a hybrid role with a mix of in-office and remote work. If you answered yes to these questions, Radio-Canada's Digital Media group is seeking an iOS Developer for its development teams.
Your responsibilities:- Design and/or modify reusable web components for Radio-Canada's digital platforms.
- Design and/or modify presentation APIs in conjunction with back-end specialists and architects.
- Ensure compliance with standards and control product quality throughout the project.
- Keep up with the latest trends in the various digital development fields.
- Be proactive and suggest solutions to challenges that arise.
- Participate in Agile Scrum activities in order to review progress on projects in production and make the necessary corrections/adjustments, or to gauge the results of completed projects.
We are looking for a candidate with the following:- Bachelor's degree and five years' experience or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience developing complex, high-performance iOS mobile apps.
- Proficiency with Xcode, Git and Swift.
- Knowledge of SwiftUI an asset.
- Knowledge of React-Native an asset.
- Knowledge of CocoaPods/SPM.
- Knowledge of MVC, MVP or MVVM programming patterns.
- Knowledge of other programming languages an asset.
- Knowledge of design patterns an asset.
- Experience working with pull requests.
- An app published in the Apple Store an asset.
- Interest in the Agile methodology (Scrum) an asset.
- Good general knowledge and high degree of curiosity (acquiring and developing new skills and knowledge).
- Critical mind (you challenge the status quo and voice new ideas).
- Keen interest in major digital trends and issues.
- Diligence, independence and resourcefulness.
- Excellent ability to manage stress and priorities.
- Analytical and conceptual mind.
- Flexibility, initiative and drive.

- Solid command of French.
- Working knowledge of English (spoken and written) an asset.
