Inventory Specialist
Department: Inventory
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Mississauga
Description
Experience operating a forklift is a mandatory requirement for this role.
The Role
Being an Inventory Specialist at dbrand means playing in the big leagues. We’re talking over 40,000 SKUs, all meticulously tracked and accounted for, and it’s up to you to ensure that chaos doesn’t take over. You’ll need a sharp eye for detail and an analytical brain to solve problems on the fly—because let’s be real, things rarely go perfectly. As our in-house production churns out merchandise, you’ll thrive in making sure every item ends up exactly where it needs to be, right when it’s needed.
Where others might get buried under bins and barcodes, you rise above. Your reward? Aside from nailing every target, you get to enjoy the praise of our millions of fans when they receive their orders perfectly packed and on time. They may not know you by name, but they’ll feel your impact in every unboxing video, tweet, or Reddit post that praises the smooth process. That’s because you’re the one who made sure their product was in stock, in the right place, at the right time.
Does that sound like you? Not yet—but we can change that. Whether or not you’ve got prior experience, we care more about your problem-solving skills, your attention to detail, and your ability to adapt to the chaos. If that’s you, then stick around. If not, well… you know what to do.
The Environment
At dbrand, expect a clean, modern, well-lit warehouse with desks, chairs, and rows of inventory bins. The warehouse floor? You could eat off it. Should you? Who can say? We're not scientists. Instead, we're a team who works hard and plays hard. There's nothing we're more committed to than ongoing growth... other than unparalleled product quality and customer experience.
What's in it for you? Well, unlike most companies, we actually care about the work we're doing. Our customers deserve no less than the absolute best. At dbrand, you have the opportunity to create once-in-a-lifetime purchase experiences for them. If you're someone who's creative, committed, and excited about our mission, you'll do more than thrive here.
Before you can get the opportunity to join our passionate, dynamic team and create unparalleled customer experiences as part of our Inventory team, you'll need to prove yourself. Let’s see if you’ve got what it takes…
