Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 5 years or more

Tasks:

1. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
2. Establish work schedules
3. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
4. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
5. Organize and maintain inventory
6. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
7. Conduct performance reviews
8. Food safety / handling skills
9. Supervisory Experience

Supervision:

1. 5-10 people
2. Staff in various areas of responsibility
