The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a results-oriented Internet Lead Sales Person for our Kamloops Mazda in British Columbia.

In the position of Internet Lead Sales Person, reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling some of the most talked about vehicles and providing superior customer service.

You will be accountable for:

  • Fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Striving for complete customer satisfaction through exceptional service interactions across the department.
  • Providing detailed information to customers regarding available vehicles for purchase.
  • Successfully closing sales transactions while suggesting additional products or services.
  • Conducting test drives of vehicles for sale.
  • Addressing and resolving any objections or concerns raised by potential customers.
  • Emphasizing product/service features and benefits, quoting prices, discussing credit terms, and preparing offers to purchase.
  • Building and fostering a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Maintaining professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
  • Using customer relation management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.
  • Building and maintaining ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and research.
  • Handling a high volume of internet leads; paid and organic.
  • Setting, confirming, and following up with all internet appointments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of automotive sales experience or related field is an asset.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract and MVSA License.
  • Understanding the importance of CSI / CVP.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Customer centric with the ability to maintain rapport with previous and new customers.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, capable of collaboratively working in a team and independently.
  • Keen ability to sense business opportunities.

Pay Range Offered:

  • $36,000 up to more than $100,000 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kamloops, BC V2C 4A9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Internet automotive sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • VSA (required)
  • Driving Licence (required)
