Dream is looking for an Intern, Accounts Payable (8 Months)

We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving community and the Accounts Payable Team at Dream is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Intern for an 8-month Co-op, starting in May 2025.

What will you do?

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:

  1. Daily processing of accounts payable invoices;
  2. Monitoring the Accounts Payable e-mail account(s);
  3. Keying of invoices within 48 hours upon receipt;
  4. Obtain utilities invoices online for processing;
  5. Other related duties as assigned.


What type of experience and skills do you have?

In addition to being able to showcase your collaborative mindset and positive attitude, you need to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, with a focus on Business or Accounting.

  6. Strong Excel and communication skills (e-mail and verbal);
  7. Demonstrating a commitment to your personal learning with a desire to pursue an accounting designation.
