- Seaton/Regina Corridor Upgrades: ISL completed the design and construction services for Phase 1 of the Seaton Street upgrade, completed this past spring, which was a pivotal step in the Seaton-Regina Corridor Upgrade project. Phase 2 is actively under construction, extending the reach of Seaton Street from Hampton Road to Regina Avenue. This phase continues the shared lane concept for cyclists established in Phase 1 and introduces additional elements to enhance the corridor's functionality. Phase 3 will focus on the section of Regina Avenue from Seaton Street to Tillicum Road, incorporating traffic-calming measures and infrastructure enhancements for a consistent and safe transportation network.
