Our Calgary client is looking for an Intermediate Scrum Master specializing in Agile Methodology for an ArcGIS Pro enhancement project.

Short term contract, hybrid work environment

Must Haves:

• 5+ years' experience is an Agile Certified Scrum Master
• Hands-on experience with software development tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Previous experience with ESRI products, particularly ArcGIS Pro.
• Proven experience in facilitating and engaging with development teams.
• Strong expertise in Scrum practices and techniques, including user stories, backlog refinement, and automated testing.
• Excellent communication, servant leadership, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with dashboard reporting tools for monitoring development progress.
• Strong interpersonal skills to navigate dynamic environments and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Scrum team using Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Coach the Scrum team on self-organization and Agile best practices.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Guide the development team to achieve higher Scrum maturity.
• Support the team in updating key documents and generating dashboard reports for sprint events.
