Our client is looking for an Intermediate Identity Specialist to manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) for all personnel.

Duration: 1 year

Location: Remote, EST hours

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the IAM lifecycle for all personnel types, including onboarding and offboarding and creating a book of record of all personnel.
2. Oversee Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) provisioning, RBAC, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
3. Automate IAM workflows and integrate with HR/third-party systems.
4. Maintain documentation and generate reports on access control and compliance metrics.

Must Haves:

1. 2+ years in IAM or similar roles.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (previously AzureAD).
