Our oil and gas client is looking to hire an Intermediate HR Advisor to act as the primary point of contact for employee lifecycle transactions inquiries (9576).

Must-Haves:

1. 5+ years of experience working as an HR Advisor to support employee lifecycle transactions.
2. Experience supporting the implementation and execution of annual HR programs such as performance, compensation, talent assessments, and terminations.
3. Experience responding to employee inquiries via phone, e-mail, and ServiceNow.
