Intermediate Deskside Analyst (5+ years)

Our client is seeking an Intermediate Deskside Analyst (5+ years) to deploy, configure and support business software (MS Office 365) and support personal computers, tablets, cellular devices, peripherals and video conferencing onsite in Saskatoon.

• Support for personal computers, tablets, cellular devices, peripherals, and video conferencing.
• Deploy, configure, and support a variety of business software including Microsoft Office 365, Adobe professional suite, and SAP client GUI.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and networking.
• Provision workstation hardware for new hires and fulfill annual hardware refreshes.
• Meeting space support and troubleshooting.
• Support and configure cellular, wireless, and remote data needs.
• Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Teams Platform – meetings, chat, calling.
• Contribute to team recommending site-specific IT solutions.
• Will be responsible for working with VIPs to fulfill requests and resolve incidents.

Must Have

• 5+ years as a Deskside Analyst or IT Professional with similar skills.
• Windows 7 & 10, iOS, Microsoft Office 365 (M365), and Active Directory.
• Extensive experience with PC and peripherals.
• Experience with major Incident Management Systems (ServiceNow preferred).
• College degree or IT-related diploma/certification.
• ONSITE in Saskatoon, SK.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications.
• Knowledge of LogMeIn remote software is preferred.
• Video conferencing experience (Cisco Telepresence experience is preferred).
• Knowledge of SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of networking, servers, and VPN.
