Intermediate Architect

Taylor Hazell Architects (THA) is an award-winning, inclusive architecture firm in Toronto's vibrant Junction community. Our 15-person team specializes in new design and the adaptation of large-scale existing buildings in the government, cultural and academic sectors.

Position: Intermediate Architect/OAA

We’re seeking passionate and talented architects to join our growing team. If you have a minimum of 8 years of relevant post-graduate experience and are eager to contribute to impactful projects, this is your opportunity to thrive and grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with the senior team in design, contract documentation, and contract administration.

Attend ongoing construction projects and assess project progress.

Produce precise technical drawings and details for contract documents.

Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and clients to deliver seamless projects.

What We’re Looking For:

Architect, OAA or OAA Intern Architect.

Minimum 8 years of relevant post-graduate experience in an architectural firm, with a proven track record in all project phases.

Strong AutoCAD experience (mandatory) and proficiency with Revit.

Experience working on projects involving existing and/or heritage buildings.

Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to work collaboratively.

Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.

Salary Range $75-$80,000.00 commensurate with experience
