Project Overview:

We are private homeowners looking to hire a skilled Interior Designer to help us bring our design vision to life in our new home in the Rail District. Our goal is to create a cohesive, high-value interior that is both stylish and functional. We’re seeking a designer who can assist with all aspects of interior design, including layout planning, room design, light fixture selection, and more.

Scope:

The chosen designer will work closely with us to understand our personal style, preferences, and needs for each space within our home. We’re looking for a comprehensive approach to room design, including lighting, furniture, colour schemes, and overall ambiance to create a harmonious and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with us to understand our style, needs, and functional goals for each room.
• Develop and present comprehensive design concepts for each space, including layout, colour palettes, furniture, and lighting plans.
• Source and recommend quality fixtures, furnishings, and materials that align with our aesthetic and budget.
• Oversee installation and setup to ensure design integrity and quality throughout the project.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing various aspects of room design.
• Ability to create functional and visually appealing layouts that align with client preferences and lifestyle.
• Strong communication and project management skills with attention to detail and quality.

Job Types: Casual, Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
