Who you are:

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Department Manager overseeing the Women's collections functions as an ambassador of the brand while leading the sales team to offer an exceptional customer experience and meet sales and operational objectives in store. The Women's Department Manager is accountable for leading their department while supporting the Store Manager in ensuring a highly productive work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Maximize all selling opportunities to achieve (and exceed) individual sales goals and department sales goals.
• Manage and motivate sales team to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Provide industry-leading customer service building guest loyalty through in-store experience.
• Develop events/networking opportunities that will continue to grow customer base.
• Continuously demonstrate product knowledge to enhance sales.
• Manage and assist associates with client relationship resources to provide personal assistance to customers.
• Oversee, observe, and give feedback on client interactions ensuring a tailored, personal, and memorable experience.
• Coordinate staff training programs to enhance product competency and customer service.
• Complete operational objectives, opening and closing the store, and other tasks as assigned by Store Manager.
• Assign and prioritize tasks and staff activities each day.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the day.
• In absence of Store Manager: make decisions that positively impact the business.
• Professionally communicate Store/Company objectives to team members.
• Monitor the performance of each sales associate and assess their contribution to store revenues.
• Act as a brand ambassador emulating the brand aesthetic and philosophy.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues in other stores and Corporate Partners.
• Follow all company policy and procedure and seek guidance when items are unclear.
• Support Store Manager with onboarding new staff.
• Be accountable for all responsibilities, serving as a subject matter expert for corporate partners.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years experience in an equivalent role in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet business goals by driving results through store team.
• Existing client book or demonstrable ability to network and cultivate clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to stand for multiple hours continuously and lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
• Able to work a varied schedule each week including nights and weekends.
• Convey a positive can-do attitude towards tackling problems.
• Ability to seek feedback while maintaining confident direction.
• Team player who can thrive in a relationship-driven environment.
• Passionate, driven, and motivated by product.
