Responsibilities
The Transformation & Service Manager will be responsible for assisting in delivering the transformation programme and delivery for T&O, Oral Surgery, ENT & Plastics Services.
Input into the divisional transformation programme within the wider trust transformation team.
Day to day operational management for services.
Supporting the Senior Management Team, Consultant Surgeons and other stakeholders in daily Management of T&O.
Production of plans, documentation and the responsibility of ensuring communication is maintained between all stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
Ensure all organisational procedures are adhered to, objectives are identified and met, and benefits realised from the implementation of change.
