Note: This is a hybrid role in the Edmonton area
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture, the Integration and Application Solutions Architect proactively leads and supports architecture activities that guide the development and management of a portfolio of integration and application solutions. The role takes ownership of integration and application solution architecture to address business problems and maximize value for stakeholders. The architect designs technology-agnostic data integrations, automations, and application interfaces/contracts, and prepares required artifacts. They assist stakeholders in integration and automation processes and design architecture solutions across all application layers. The architect is responsible for conducting technology assessments, developing strategies and roadmaps for the integration and application domain, and creating reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support API and integration projects. The position works closely with enterprise architects, domain architects, external consultants, and product delivery teams to ensure solutions align with the organization’s architecture principles, policies, and standards.
