Who we need
Reporting to the VP, Product & Interoperability, we have a newly created opportunity for an Integration Analyst to join our team. You will support public sector clients and technology partners as they integrate with Ocean’s HL7 FHIR-based solutions. You will bring technical, code-level expertise to support FHIR APIs, address technical inquiries, troubleshoot errors, identify gaps or bugs, and review partner payloads. Additionally, you will champion best practices, ensure adherence to standards, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
This is a full-time role requiring work in-office four days per week.

Your path to this role might vary—you could have a technical background as a Developer exploring a new career direction, be a recent graduate eager to apply your API skills, or have experience working at a B2B support desk. Regardless of your background, you excel at listening, asking insightful questions, and translating complex technical information into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences.
