About the role:
OLIVER is partnering with The Bel Group to build an in-house agency that will drive creative excellence and marketing effectiveness for some of the most recognized brands in healthy fruit and dairy snacking. The Bel Group is a major player in the food industry through portions of dairy, fruit and plant-based products, and one of the world leaders in branded cheeses. Its portfolio of differentiated and internationally recognized brands includes The Laughing Cow, Kiri, Babybel, Boursin, Nurishh and GoGo squeeZ, as well as some 30 local brands. As an Integrated Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and producing compelling visual content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with our clients' brand identities. Leveraging your expertise in digital and social trends and best practices, you will work alongside a team of experts to deliver culturally relevant content that drives awareness and engagement. In this role, you will ideate, plan, design and deliver high-quality and culturally relevant static and video social content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and any emerging platforms. Additionally, you will stay current with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure content remains relevant and optimized for maximum reach and engagement. You will also develop marketing and communication assets across various channels, including digital, print, CRM, web, and in-store. You will be taking creative projects from brief to completion, working as a part of our dedicated agency team. You’re a leader who can own your projects and execute them efficiently and effectively to deliver design quality, accuracy, and consistency, ensuring that all content follows brand guidelines and channel-specific best practices and requirements.
