Insurance Broker

The Insurance Lab is looking for a licensed insurance broker to join our growing team. This is a commission-only position with bonus opportunities and health benefits. We work with all major insurance companies and provide the latest technology and tools to support your success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Identify client needs and offer suitable insurance products.
• Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications :

• RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license.
• Previous experience in an insurance brokerage role is an asset.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with insurance management software is an asset.
