The expected fixed compensation (draw) for the above position is $35000- $50000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, market conditions; and business needs. This draw in the following years will be based on your fiscal sales performance. This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary / variable incentive payment.
