Job Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Meet with individuals and families to assess their financial needs.
Insurance Sales: Offer term life insurance policies and explain coverage options.
Financial Services: Provide clients with investment, debt reduction, and retirement planning strategies.
Lead Generation: Network and generate leads through referrals, community events, and personal connections.
Training & Licensing: Complete necessary state licensing requirements and ongoing Primerica training.
Team Building: Recruit and mentor new representatives (optional, but encouraged for career growth).
Requirements:
Must obtain a state life insurance license (Primerica provides training).
No prior financial experience required—training is provided.
Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work independently and build client relationships.
