We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on cultivating and growing relationships with institutional clients, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and nurture relationships with prospective institutional clients.
  2. Proactively manage and grow existing client relationships.
  3. Implement strategies to achieve key revenue targets and contribute to the company’s business goals.
  4. Create, optimize and maintain efficient sales, support and CRM processes.
  5. Deliver outstanding service and create an exclusive experience for every client.
  6. Work closely with Product, Support and Compliance teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
  7. Utilize company-provided tools and exclusively use HubSpot to set up, maintain and support client relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional clients.
  4. Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is a plus.
  5. Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is highly preferred but not required.
  6. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
