About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Instagram Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for driving user growth through social media, building brand awareness, and fostering a vibrant online community. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing official media accounts across various platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with a proven ability to create engaging content and collaborate with influencers and KOLs to boost user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Snaplii’s growth objectives to drive new user acquisition and engagement.
  2. Manage and create content for social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Redbook), tailored to platform-specific audiences.
  3. Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and partner channels to promote Snaplii and meet growth KPIs.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencer agencies, leveraging partnerships to maximize brand reach and engagement.
  5. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for Snaplii’s growth on social platforms.
  6. Analyze social media metrics, preparing regular reports with actionable insights to enhance performance and ROI.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer service) to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  8. Plan and coordinate online and offline events to increase user interest and engagement.
  9. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in social media, continuously refining strategies to keep Snaplii ahead.
  10. Support other marketing initiatives as needed to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing official social media accounts, with demonstrated success in user growth and engagement.
  3. Expertise in using Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for brand growth and awareness.
  4. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize strategy accordingly.
  5. Proven experience collaborating with influencers and managing campaign partnerships.
  6. Familiarity with event planning and coordination, able to manage end-to-end event processes independently.
  7. Exceptional communication and content creation skills, able to craft engaging, platform-appropriate messaging.
  8. Detail-oriented, with a strong design sense and commitment to brand consistency.
  9. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, balancing independent work with team collaboration.
  10. Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a positive attitude.
