Job description

We are looking for someone with experience in research and data analysis to lead Northamptonshire Sport's insight and evaluation function, particularly the Place Partnership investment funding from Sport England, covering four priority areas in Northamptonshire. This role will support the NSport team and wider partnership to use processes and systems to effectively measure and evaluate work, demonstrate outputs, outcomes and impact and put learning into practice.

About the role

You will lead Northamptonshire Sport's insight and evaluation function, particularly the Place Partnership investment funding from Sport England, covering four priority areas in Northamptonshire. You will support our team and wider partnership to use processes and systems to effectively measure and evaluate our work, demonstrate outputs, outcomes and impact and put our learning into practice.

About you

You will have experience of research and data analysis and the use of performance management tools to report on outputs, outcomes and impact. You will have a good understanding of a range of qualitative and quantitative data collections methods and the ability to collect and interpret data and to use compelling narratives to demonstrate the impact of individual projects. You will have excellent IT skills, with the ability to present data and other insight in the most appropriate way, using data visualisation tools.
