The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 depending on experience.

This is how you WOW:
- Process and manage dealer and customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Track shipments and follow up with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and send quotations for dealers and direct customers.
- Ensure all pricing, terms, and discounts align with company policies.
- Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Onboard new dealers and direct customers, ensuring proper documentation, setup, and training on Kärcher processes.
- Maintain and update dealer profiles, including contact information, purchase history, and account status.
- Communicate dealer and customer updates with the sales, finance, and marketing teams.
- Manage and track the availability, location, and condition of the demo fleet.
- Work with RSMs to schedule demo units for customers and dealers.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for demo equipment moves.
- Ensure proper documentation, inspections, and maintenance of demo units before and after use.
- Act as the CRM administrator and quarterback, ensuring data integrity and consistent usage.
- Run weekly and monthly reports, summarizing sales team activities, bookings, and pipeline progress.
- Ensure RSMs and sales teams update CRM with opportunities, demos, and customer interactions.
- Provide insights from CRM data to help the sales team focus on high-priority accounts and opportunities.
- Manage house accounts, including direct municipal and industrial customers.
- Handle pricing, order processing, and follow-up for non-dealer customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction for house accounts.
- Track and identify municipal and government tender opportunities.
- Coordinate and prepare public tender submissions, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Work with RSMs and finance teams to gather pricing, technical specifications, and necessary documents.
- Maintain an updated database of past and upcoming tenders to optimize future submissions.
- Generate monthly sales performance reports, including actual vs. budget sales tracking.
- Provide data insights on dealer performance, sales trends, and customer buying behavior.
- Support inventory planning by summarizing demand trends and sales forecasts.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations to align sales support activities.
- Assist in trade shows, dealer events, and sales initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure customers receive top-tier support.
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations, CRM usage, and order processing.
- Support the implementation of automation tools and best practices.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales processes and dealer interactions.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or sales operations (preferably in the equipment, manufacturing, or distribution industry).
- Experience in managing sales operations, demo fleet coordination, and public tender submissions is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (SAP Business One preferred) and sales reporting tools.
- Experience in order processing, quotations, and dealer/customer onboarding.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) is a plus.
