Key Responsibilities :

• Process and manage customer orders efficiently.
• Communicate vital information to customers and the teams.
• Provide support to the Outside Sales Representatives (OSR) with quoting and project coordination.
• Bring innovative ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.
• Serve as a back-up for the OSR
• Arrange trucking and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Keep customers updated on their orders and any relevant changes.
• Enter claims and manage customer service inquiries with precision.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the systems and communicate directly with clients.

Qualifications :

• Desire to grow into an Outside Sales role.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with numbers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ambitious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
• This is an in-person position reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing.
