Responsibilities and Duties:
Identify and close strategic advertising partnerships with leading brand/performance-based advertisers or agencies that help ensure long-term success for the company
Develop and grow repeat business from existing advertising customers, partners, and agencies
Understand client needs, anticipate future goals, and help determine ideal solutions
Manage expectations at all levels and demonstrate a proactive and consultative approach to addressing client needs
Effectively communicate and partner with all internal staff members as a team to meet and exceed advertisers' needs and beat the competition
Advocate for The MARC Group’s ad platform products, rich media solutions, and creative services
Day-to-Day
Prospecting and building a pipeline of potential advertisers while meeting and exceeding annual goals
Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, follow-up, and emails
Close sales and achieve weekly quotas/goals
Liaise with colleagues and management to increase and diversify demand
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance and recommending new opportunities
Desired Skills & Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably inside sales
Strong communication skills
Highly organized
Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
Fast learner with a passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Sports-minded, competitive, outgoing, and energetic individual
Must be fluent in the English language with no limitation
Strong phone presence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure independently
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively under minimal supervision
