Cloverdale Paint has an immediate opening for a full-time Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator - Industrial at our facility in Winnipeg, MB.
The Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing communications, schedules, meetings, inside customer service for strategic house accounts, and project coordination of Marketing efforts on behalf of the Vice President – Industrial Division and their Sales Management team.
They are organized, take initiative and champion time management. They contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the Industrial Sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct research (internal and external sources), extract data from Company systems and the public domain, prepare reports and present information based on the needs of the executive.
- Act as a primary sales contact and record keeper of incoming and outgoing communications/documents/samples related to Lab Projects.
- Provide timely, accurate customer service to strategic house accounts as determined by the executive. Customer service includes fulfilling pricing requests, product entry, quote management, project/order/logistics/report follow-up, and day-to-day communication.
- Act as a resource for lead generation/qualification/dissemination for strategic initiatives based on the needs of the executive.
- Act as Project Coordinator for Marketing initiatives and other projects as assigned by the executive.
- Actively manage the executive’s and the Department’s Social Media company accounts.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence.
- Keep the executive’s calendar up-to-date, including adding events and rescheduling appointments as needed.
- Act as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers.
- Plan and organize events, tradeshows and corporate meetings.
- Procure marketing materials, tools, equipment, and necessary items for the Department.
- Provide needed administrative support to the department.
- Maintain flexibility to aid in required Industrial initiatives.
- Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Track expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- File important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters.
- Other duties as assigned by the executive.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience.
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Industrial paint/coatings experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, and the ability to learn and understand operational systems and programs.
- Well-developed organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines).
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and through written correspondence.
- Precise attention to detail.
- Ability to organize workload by priorities.
- Available for travel (10% or less).
