What you will do:

We are currently hiring for an Inside Sales Agent who will be responsible for nurturing leads and booking appointments for our Agent team as well as conducting outbound follow-up calls and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Responds to customer service inquiries over the phone and via web-chat
2. Gathers information to qualify/disqualify prospective customer leads
3. Offers information regarding resources and Zoocasa services
4. Provide warm intros from prospects to our Agents
5. Develops knowledge of Zoocasa Agent team and an understanding of regions and areas of specialization
6. Book customers for meetings with Realtors
7. Collaborative development of scripts and service offerings for clients
8. Responsible for following up with incoming leads from Zoocasa.com and partner referrals
9. Responsible for conducting a high volume of outbound follow-up calls
10. Manage Weekly & Monthly reporting of activity

The starting base pay for this position is $35,776 CAD per year in our lowest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package offered to employees in recognition of their hard work and is determined within a range to allow for growth and development within a role.
